2026 Week 44

Improvements

The following improvements have been made:

  • Entities that have accounts or entities linked via the “UBO/Rep” tab can no longer be deleted. First unlink the linked accounts and/or entities via the “UBO/Rep” tab, after which deleting is possible again.
  • The “UBO/Rep” switch can no longer be turned off as long as the account or entity still has linked accounts or entities on the “UBO/Rep” tab.
  • The “Country code” field has been added to the account and entity card. This aligns us with international standards. This field will gradually replace the existing “Country” field. If the “Country code” field has not been filled in yet, you must fill it in at the next change.
  • If you leave the account or entity card while you have not yet saved a change, a notification is now displayed.
  • When downloading forms with the Functional manager role, you can now specify a period and choose the delimiter.
2026 Week 42

Check management page available for everyone

  • With the introduction of Check management, a central overview is now available of all accounts and entities for which checks are in progress or registered for monitoring. Actions can be handled directly from the overview and monitoring can be managed. Filters allow selection by category, status, responsible professional and office. Watch the instruction video for more information.
2026 Week 41
"Check management" page added

The "Check management" option has been added to the menu bar. From this page, you can manage all accounts and entities that are being monitored. The page is currently only visible if the HCM Advanced module is in use.

Eventually, this page will be available to everyone, so that checks with the status "in progress" can also be managed.

2026 Week 40
Monitoring extended with Chamber of Commerce changes

  • What's new
On the "Monitoring" tab you can now also enable the "Daily monitoring CoC change" function. We receive these signals through our partner CreditDevice and they cover more than Chamber of Commerce changes alone, for example insolvency and credit assessment. With the Functional Manager role you can manage the types of changes.
  • How it works
Identical to the monitoring for PEP and Sanctions, as described in the release note of week 35.
  • Availability
Monitoring is available as an option and can be activated for your organisation on request. Send us an e-mail for more information.

2026 Week 38
New functionality: PEP and sanctions check Monitoring

We are introducing monitoring for the PEP and sanctions check, allowing you to have an account or entity screened on a daily basis.

  • What's new
A “Monitoring” tab has been added to accounts and entities. Here you enable the monitoring function per account/entity. The account/entity is then checked automatically every day, without you having to start a periodic check yourself.
  • Validity and renewal
An enabled monitoring function is valid for one year. For each account you can see when it was enabled, until when it is valid and when the last check took place. With the “Renew automatically each year” toggle, monitoring continues without any action on your part.
  • History and follow-up
In the history you can review all events per account, such as the start of the monitoring and any alerts received. For an alert you immediately see how many possible matches are involved, and you can go straight from the history to the handling of the alert.
  • Availability
Monitoring is available as an option and can be activated for your organisation on request. Send us an e-mail for more information.

In a future update an overview page will be added, so you can quickly see for which accounts/entities action is required.

  • The new status indicates:
    • PEP and Sanction check: Multiple matches have been found based on the information provided on the Account page. The user must select the correct match before the PEP and Sanction check can be completed.
    • Digital Identification: The request has been sent to the email address listed on the Account page but has not yet received a response.
2026 Week 3
  • Disabled users (e.g., ex-employees) can no longer be selected as responsible professionals when creating Accounts in HCM. Disabled users remain visible in filters, so you can easily transfer their forms and Accounts to current users.
